Getting started with CPFCU Mobile:
You will be connected to whichever suffixes you choose on accounts to which you have access including accounts logged in to under Multiple Accounts. You will not have access to related accounts.
CPFCU Mobile Deposit is easy to use, and convenient. You can deposit checks directly into your account using your Android or iPhone just by taking photos of the front and back of your check.
Sign up for Mobile Deposit
You must sign up for mobile deposit by simply checking a box on our Access Application. This can be done via remote signature or by dropping in to a branch and filling out the form. To request the option for remote signature, you must first speak with a Member Service Representative, who can help you further. Please call 301-863-7071 or 800-201-1647 during regular business hours to begin the process. Please note an account must be open for 60 days before mobile deposit can be requested.
Using Mobile Deposit
Endorse the back of your check.
When prompted for the amount, carefully enter the check amount to ensure it matches the amount written on your check.
Flatten folded or crumpled checks before taking your photos and be sure to keep your phone flat and steady above the check when taking your photos
Make sure to capture the entire check and not too much of the areas surrounding the check.

You can sign up for this service even if you don’t use Online Banking, our online access service. Use this form to request Alerts and select your options.
If you do have access to your account on-line, you can set up your Alert preferences on Online Banking. Log in to your account and choose Alert Services under the Access Accounts tab. You can choose which alerts you wish to receive, and define your suffixes and values.
