Position Responsibilities:


  • Audits the financials and data of various departments within the organization to ensure accuracy and compliance with credit union guidelines and regulations.
  • Identifies improper accounting of documentation and researches issues in order to make recommendations to improve policies and procedures
  • Interfaces with external auditors and examiners.
  • Prepares reports on the results of audits, providing recommendations for improvements and analyses of various forms of risk present within the credit union operations.




Candidate must have a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Business, Finance or other related field and strong communication skills. Ideal candidate would have 3-5 years of auditing experience in a financial service institution, broad experience of internal audits and risk assessment.
